The Insurance Department of our service wishes to bring to your knowledge that, after a check-up prior to delivery of your package, we discovered all regulations were not met for this type of package to be transported.  

 

  This package is registered as a private/discreet package which doesn’t give us permission to verify or check the content. 

 

Under US transport policy; Section 7, Article 11(US-07/11 039746/95 ) of 13th July 2012 , a consignment sent as a private/discreet shipment must be insured before shipping or delivery is made. The package was registered to us as EXPENSIVE LIQUID COLLECTABLES which requires special care and handling, therefore your parcel needs to be insured before it can delivered to you.  

 

NOTE: This type of insurance fee is 100% refundable to you on delivery of your package by our agent.

You will have to pay a refundable Cargo Insurance fee of $111. Kindly note that 100% of this amount will be refunded to you by our delivery agent on delivery. A confirmation code will be issued to you via email upon payment of the Refundable Cargo Insurance fee. You will have to present this confirmation code to our delivery agent in order to receive your refund. 

 

If you have already completed the insurance payment for your package, please forward the confirmation code or receipt for verification. If not, please reach out to us, and we will email you with the necessary instructions to finalize your refundable insurance fee. 

   

      Once the refundable insurance fee is paid, your package will be released and it will be on its way to your delivery address. We shall send you a delivery schedule indicating the time of delivery to you via email once the insurance payment has been confirmed.
